Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to Flyro, the alumni community app published by Stromma Digital (STROMMA sp. z o.o.).
Zero tolerance
Flyro prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking. Such content and behaviour are removed, and the accounts involved are closed.
Who uses Flyro
Flyro is a closed community for members of universities, business schools and alumni associations. Each member is approved by their institution, and the minimum age is 16 (Terms of Service, point 5.1).
How to report
- In the app: open a post, tap "..." and choose "Report post". You can also hide all posts from a person.
- By email: support@getflyro.com. We read every report about child safety and act on it as a priority.
What we do
When we learn of CSAE or CSAM on Flyro, we remove the content, close the accounts involved, preserve the information required by law, and report it to the competent authorities, including Dyżurnet.pl (NASK) and the police in Poland, Cybertip.ca in Canada, and the NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws in every country where Flyro is available.
