How to delete your Flyro account
Flyro is an alumni community app published by Stromma Digital (STROMMA sp. z o.o.). This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Flyro and go to the Profile tab.
- In the Settings section, tap Delete account.
- Slide "Delete my account" all the way and confirm with Delete.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. You can sign up again later with the same email address.
No access to the app?
Email privacy@getflyro.com from the address you use in Flyro, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days, usually within a few working days, and confirm by reply. If you write from a different address, we will first ask you to confirm the account is yours.
What we delete
- your account, sign-in details and profile: name, photo, education, work, city and contact details
- your membership of your institution's community and of groups
- private conversations you took part in, including the other person's messages
- event registrations and tickets
- reactions, poll votes, people you follow, blocks and saved posts
- profile visit history and your location on the alumni map
- requests and documents confirming your affiliation
- notification settings and consents
What stays
- Posts, comments and events you published stay in other people's conversations, without your name or photo. If you want them gone, delete them in the app before you delete your account.
- Content reports you sent stay, without the reporter's details.
- Data we must keep by law, such as payment records, is kept for the period the law requires.
